The North Carolina Chapter of the Fulbright Association is excited to be sponsoring this event, which will include learning about South African culture and enjoying South African cuisine (meat-based or vegetarian). The featured speaker from South Africa is Fulbright scholar Ms. Siphelele Qwabe, who is spending her Fulbright at Bennett College in Greensboro, NC.
The presentation and luncheon will be held at the Duke University Eye Center in Durham, NC, from 12:00-2:00 PM on Saturday, May 11th, 2024. There is no charge for this event but you do need to register. See the flyer to learn more and to register.
